Endroit plein de charme, personnel y compris, avec un potentiel d’amélioration pour fenêtres et salles de bain

"Teleurgesteld" is de algemene ervaring. Heel jammer want het zag er veelbelovend uit. Wie na een dagreis aankomt verwacht een beter en warmer onthaal, betrokkenheid, enz. Veel te duur voor een kleine kamer met weinig comfort, en een ontbijt dat veel beter kon. Het zou fijn zijn als er een korting kwam, maar weinig hoop.

We must admit we were a bit surprised by the overall negativity of your remarks, as we place a strong emphasis on cleanliness and strive to maintain high standards throughout the hotel. We're especially concerned by your experience of the welcome and check-out. As a family-run business, we place great importance on creating a warm and personal atmosphere, and we usually take great pride in the way we receive our guestsn — no one is here reluctantly. We will of course reflect on your remarks, as our goal is to make everyone feel genuinely cared for. Regarding the room, we’re sorry it didn’t meet your needs in terms of comfort and layout. The room you stayed in is often chosen by guests who appreciate its style and features, but we understand that comfort can be a very personal matter. We also wanted to mention a little note about the dove’s nest in the planter just below your window — while not right at the window’s edge, it’s become a cozy home for our feathered visitors, who we like to think are just another part of our extended family here. We try to welcome all guests, feathered or not! As for breakfast, we regret that the selection didn’t meet your expectations. All items on our buffet are fresh and sourced locally — the bread comes daily from a local bakery, and the eggs are delivered by a nearby free-range farm. It’s true that we sometimes prepare the eggs the evening before to ensure everything is ready early in the morning, and they are then stored appropriately to maintain freshness and safety. That said, we’re always open to improving both quality and presentation. We hear your concern regarding pricing. While our rates reflect the services we provide and the quiet setting, we understand that perceptions of value can vary. Again, thank you for your detailed feedback.
